Quality & manufacturing
How our spices are made.
Six stages, followed for every product — from the raw spice that comes in to the sealed pack that goes out.
Whole spices come in; ground spices and blended masalas go out — sealed and ready for the kitchen.
- 1
Raw materials
Whole spices are selected and inspected before they enter production.
- 2
Cleaning & sorting
Spices are cleaned and sorted to remove dust, stones and foreign matter.
- 3
Grinding & blending
Single spices are ground; masalas are blended to their recipes.
- 4
Checks
Colour, aroma and texture are checked against the product before packing.
- 5
Packing
Products are packed and sealed in consumer and trade pack sizes.
- 6
Dispatch
Orders are packed for transport and dispatched to the buyer's location.
What we pay attention to
Handled as food, from start to finish.
Hygiene
Clean handling and a clean working area at every stage — spices are food, not a commodity.
Storage
Raw spices and finished goods are stored dry and away from moisture, which spices are sensitive to.
Packaging
Products are sealed in packs to protect their aroma, colour and freshness until they’re opened.
